5. Who was Melchizedek in Genesis chapter 14? Why did Abraham give him a tithe?
6.What does the New Testament say about Melchizedek?
7.Remember lesson three question 7 on Biblical Typology. In what way is Melchizedek a type of Christ?
8.Why was the Lord about to destroy Sodom? What was Abraham's plea? (Genesis chapter 18) Who was spared?
9.From where does the word sodomy come? How does that word relate to the city of Sodom and the activities of the men in their desired relationship to the angels that came to destroy it? Relate this to Romans 1:18-32?
10.Research the following three types of sermons (Topical, Expository, Biographical) and give a brief definition of each. If you were to do a sermon on Lot which type would you use and why?
