2. Meditate upon the Divine characteristics and character of God. How does His character and characteristics relate to His relationship with Israel?
3. Read and meditate on Judges 2:1-3 and explain.
4. Read and meditate on Judges 2:10-13 and explain.
5. Read and meditate on Judges 3:5-7 and relate them to Gen 6:1-5.
6. Research the cycle that many commentaries see in the book of Judges such as sin - bondage - cry - deliver - repentance - restoration and state your findings.
7. Read and meditate on the story of Gideon in Judges chapters 6-8 and do a sermon outline.
8. What are some of the lessons we should learn from Gideon?
9. Read and meditate on the story of Samson in Judges chapters 13-16 and do a sermon outline.
10. Contrast the events of Judges with Joshua 24:24.
